Here he is much later in his span. Spot the differences and infer,
Him and IV are going to appear in a series of some sort in the future. I want these guys to be mute for the most part, conveying thought via body language.
Well in my perspective of a 40 Time award winner artist in taxidermy drawings, I believe that the tie the "Creature" is wearing, was actually made in 1987, not 1972, and also everyone knows that Purple spray paint was created in the mid 1990's. Also, it's mouth is above its eyes, it's obviously a fake photograph, it's impossible for a mouth to be that high up. Also, robotic Russians didn't wear bandanas, they wear Rice Pilaf, so i'm sorry Shawn Ramirez, but I will have to rate this a 17 out of -20, which shows that it's that bad. Other than all of those flaws, it's still pretty bad. Too bad you cannot give ratings a 3.4 star rating. - RossLikesBois.
Concept: We've been over your particular brand of insanity and the merits thereof before, so I see no reason to go over them again.
Composition: Straightforward and effective. It's a 3/4 character study, designed to show detail and demonstrate what the character looks like. You've done this, and also managed to get across some of Phirsh's personality, simply through body language.
Technique: I do miss some of the variety in line weight that your other pieces tend to display, but differing thicknesses of lines aren't always necessary (check out the ligne claire style pioneered by artists such as Hergé, the guy who came up with Tintin). The line looks a little shaky in some areas, but I think that has more to do with it having been scanned that anything else.
The colouring suits the style; bright, and the texture gives it a sense of unhinged sketchiness that matches your linework and imagination (that's a compliment, take it like one).
